Return & Exchange Eligibility 


    You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for reasons including:

    • Size or fit issues
    • Colour preference
    • Product not matching expectations
    • Change of mind
    • Damaged or incorrect product received

    To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unworn and unused
    • Returned with original packaging intact
    • In the same condition as received

     

    How to Request a Return or Exchange


    1. Submit your request here within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Our return & exchange team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
    3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup for the product.
    4. After receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check.
    5. Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
    6. Approved refunds will be processed within 20–25 business days to the original payment method.

    Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

    Non-acceptance Conditions


    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition
    • Any returns sent without approval from Nauvab’s return & exchange team
    • Requests for a completely different style/product than originally purchased

     

    Important Note


    Minor colour or design variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If the product colour appears slightly different from what you saw online, you may still request an exchange as per our exchange policy.

     

    Additional Information


    1. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages sent without prior approval.
    2. Nauvab reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria after inspection.
