1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.

2. Refunds

2.1 Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3.2 Process

  • To exchange an item, please contact us at footwear@explicitleathers.in with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
  • We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for the exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, send your item to: Plot 8, 14/3, Sector 32, DLF Industrial Area Faridabad 121003.

4. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
