Welcome to Nauvab, we strive to provide you with the best quality men's footwear. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy below.

 

Return & Refund

Returns will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you have received an incorrect product. In such cases, you may return the item in the exact condition it was received (unworn, with original packaging intact)

Follow these steps to make a return request:


  1. Reach out to us on footwear@explicitleathers.in within 5 days of receipt of the order.
  2. In order for your return request to be accepted, your email should include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect product.
  3. Once we receive your email, we will take 24-48 hours to get back to you. Please note that it is up to Nauvab’s return & exchange team to approve the return request. We do not accept requests for change of mind.
  4. Once approved, Nauvab’s return & exchange team will arrange for the collection of the damaged/incorrect product.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

Refund Processing Timeline:


  1. Once we receive your returned item and approve your request after a quality and genuineness check, we will process your refund within 20-25 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

No Refunds will be given in the following cases:


  1. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  2. Change of mind, personal aesthetic choices, or personal fit issues that are not defect-related.
  3. Any returns sent to us without the approval of Nauvab’s return & exchange team.
  4. Minor color and design variations, please note that the colors on the website may slightly differ from the original product. If this is the case, you can request an exchange instead. Please review the exchange policies to know more.
  5. Size related issue, you can request for an exchange instead, review exchange policies to know more.


Exchange

Exchanges will ONLY be accepted in cases of size-related issues, color change requests, or delivery of a damaged/incorrect product. In the above-mentioned cases, you may return the item in the exact same condition as it was received (unworn, with original packaging intact)

Follow these steps to make an exchange request:


  1. Reach out to us on footwear@explicitleathers.in within 5 days of receipt of the order.
  2. In order for your exchange request to be accepted, your email should include the reason for the exchange, details of the product you want to exchange, along with the size or colour you want. In case of damaged/incorrect product, kindly include a photograph of the product as well.
  3. Once we receive your email, we will take 24-48 hours to get back to you.
  4. Once approved, Nauvab’s return & exchange team will arrange for the collection of the product.
  5. Upon receiving the item, we will check for any signs of damage and usage of the product.
  6. Upon approval of the exchange request, the Nauvab’s return and exchange team will send you a payment link to cover the cost of pickup and delivery of the exchange. The cost of exchange may vary depending on the customer’s location
  7. Once the payment is processed, the order will be dispatched in 2-3 days.

No Exchange will be given in the following cases:


  1. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  2. Change of mind, personal aesthetic choices, or personal fit issues that are not defect-related.
