Sizing & Fit


Q. What size should I order?
A. All our styles are true to size. Check size guide (available on each product listing) to pick the right size for you. 

Q. How to measure my foot size?
A. Take a measuring tape of a scale and measure from heel to toe. Match the length (in cm or inches) to the corresponding UK size. If you're between two sizes, size up.

Q. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
A. Yes. We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn and in original packaging. Submit your request here.

Q. Are sizes available in half sizes? 
A. No. We carry whole UK sizes from UK 5 to UK 12. If you're between two sizes, order 1 size up.

 

Delivery & Shipment

 

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. Across India. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Q. How long does delivery take? 
A. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping (2–4 business days) is available for Delhi NCR at an additional cost.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Q. How much does shipping cost? 
A. Standard shipping is free of cost. 

Q. Is Cash on Delivery available?
A. Additional charges are applied at checkout for COD orders. Only available on orders below ₹10,000.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email & whatsapp message with a tracking number. Use it directly on the courier's website to follow your shipment.

Q. My order hasn't arrived within the estimated window — what do I do?
A. Reach out to us on Call, Whatsapp or Email with your order number. If your package appears lost, report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.


Return & Exchange 


Q. What is your return & exchange policy?
A. We have a 7 Day No Questions Asked Return & Exchange Policy. If something doesn’t feel right — whether it’s the fit, colour, comfort, or simply a change of mind — we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free return and exchange process. Find more information here.

Q. How do I submit a return or exchange request? 
A. Use our returns portal link within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Q. Does Nauvab arrange pickup for returns and exchanges?
A. Yes, once your request is approved, we arrange collection from your address.

Q. How long does a refund take?
A. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 20–25 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect this.

Q. I bought the wrong colour. Can I exchange it?
A. Yes. Colour change requests are accepted as part of our exchange policy, within 7 days of delivery, unworn with original packaging intact.

 

Product & Material

 

Q. What material are the uppers made from? 
A. Depending on the style, uppers are made from lamb suede, full-grain leather, milled leather, or croco-embossed leather. The exact material is listed on each product page.

Q. What is the lining made from?
A. Lambskin. It's soft, lightweight, and conforms to your foot over time.

Q. What sole is used?
A. It depends on the style. Our ethnic footwear — Nagra, Peshauri, Bagh, and similar styles — uses a 100% leather sole. Our everyday leisure styles use a TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) outsole, which is flexible, lightweight, and provides reliable grip across surfaces.

Q. What is the footbed made from?
A. Most styles have an EVA footbed. The Nagra Loafer and Boat Shoes come with our Softwalk footbed — a dual-density construction with a cushioned top layer for comfort and a firmer base for support and stability.

Q. Are the shoes pre-treated?
A. Yes. Every pair leaves our facility with a protective treatment already applied to the upper.

 

Care & Maintenance 

 

Q. How do I care for suede shoes?
A. Apply a suede protector spray from 15–20 cm away every few weeks, or more frequently if you wear them regularly. Keep away from rain and moisture — if the suede gets wet, let it air dry naturally away from direct heat.

Q. The suede is looking a bit rough or "hairy" — what do I do?
A. Lightly run a flame quickly over the surface to smooth down the fuzz. Keep the flame moving and don't hold it in place. Alternatively, use a suede brush.

Q. Can I wear suede shoes in rain?
A. We don't recommend it. Moisture can affect both the texture and appearance of suede. If caught in rain, dry them naturally at room temperature — not near a heater or in sunlight.

Q. How do I care for leather shoes?
A. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Apply leather conditioner periodically to keep the material supple. Store with shoe trees if possible to maintain shape.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We Accept most cards like Visa, Master, AMEX. Further we have Cash on Delivery (COD, extra charges are applied at checkout), known wallets & UPI mode of payment options too.

Q. I have a discount coupon. How do I use it?
A. Coupons are applied at checkout. You can simply add your coupon code at the coupon section on checkout.
