Q. Do you take custom orders?
A. Yes, we do accept custom orders on a bulk quantity of 7 or more pairs.

Q. What material are Nauvab shoes made of?
A. Nauvab shoes are made out of a variety of material which include Leather, Rubber, TPR.
Q. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
A. We assure that the colours are as precise as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the effects of bright lighting during photography.

Q. How long does it take to exchange a product?
A. Once we have received the product in our warehouse it will take 5-7 working days to send a fresh pair.
Q. Can I exchange my product with a different shoe style?
A. At Nauvab, we can only exchange the shoe for the same style. Please refer to our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for more information.

Free Shipping: Nauvab provides free express shipping for all prepaid orders.
Q. Where is my order?
A. You will receive a tracking link as soon on your registered email & whatsapp as the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. Orders are handled fast. Chances are the order is already in the hands of our warehouse and is being prepared for shipping. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at footwear@explicitleathers.in, and we will try to handle your request.

Q. Does Nauvab ship internationally?
A. We currently do not ship internationally.

Q. What methods of payment does Nauvab accept?
A. We Accept most cards like Visa, Master, AMEX. Further we have Cash on Delivery (COD, extra charges are applied at checkout), known wallets & UPI mode of payment options too.
Q. Is it safe to pay online on your website?
A. Your details are completely safe with us. We do not save any card details and all the payment procedures are absolutely secure.
