  • We currently ship to addresses within India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined in the promotion details.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days but is only Available in Delhi NCR region for an additional cost of INR 500.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or holiday periods.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided via the courier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at footwear@explicitleathers.in with your order number and details.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please report any lost or damaged packages within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
